Launched in 2019, LiveWire One remains technically advanced with 400v battery technology and a host of innovative features. Its liquid cooled motor and controller dispense 100hp with 84 ft lb of torque, which propel the bike to 60mph in just 3 seconds, and a top speed of 110mph.
Safety is assured by the combination of cornering-enhanced traction control and cornering-enhanced ABS, working with twin Brembo, four piston callipers and discs at the front, and a single, dual piston calliper and disc at the rear.
The front forks are premium quality, fully adjustable, 43mm Showa, SFF-BP (Separate Function Front Fork - Big Piston) units, with a top of the range, fully adjustable, Showa BFRC (Balanced Free Rear Cushion-Lite) rear monoshock unit. The split, five spoke cast aluminium wheels are shod with Michelin Scorcher a 120 section front tyre and 180 section rear tyre.
The beautifully crafted, aluminium clad, 15.4kWh battery provides a mixed riding range of over 100 miles and up to 146 city miles. One-hour CCS charging makes medium distance touring entirely practical. AC charging via a Type 2 connector is supported with an overnight charging cycle, which also provides essential cell balancing.
A near silent, self-adjusting drive belt delivers power to the rear wheel, and harnesses energy back to the battery via variable engine braking.
LiveWire One's performance is delivered effortlessly without any sense of mechanical stress, noise or heat, which enhances the riding experience whilst maintaining optimal rider concentration. With no clutch or gearbox, riding becomes a smoother and more intuitive pleasure.
LiveWire One's 4.3", colour TFT touch-screen incorporates nine warning lights, whilst the bike connects to IOS or Android devices via Bluetooth for music selection, turn by turn navigation and voice commands, where these are supported by the mobile device.
LiveWire One is a modern classic with an extraordinary attention to detail, which makes it almost as pleasing to admire as it is to ride.
