X Line - New for 2025

Zero has been making the world's finest electric road motorcycles for well over a decade and has always aimed at the premium, enthusiast market. From 2025 that all changes with the introduction of two, affordable, motocross models; the XB, which is an AM (28mph moped) and the XE, which is a high-performance, A1 category bike with over 20hp on tap.

Premium Specification + Premium Quality Whilst the XB has 19" wheels front and rear, the XE has a more traditional 21/18 enduro layout, but both offer similar features, such as 74 volt platforms, 6061 forged aluminium frames and swing arms, KKE forks and rear suspension, front and rear disc brakes with twin-piston calipers, twin-beam LED headlights, three riding modes, adjustable regeneration, traction control, hill hold and cruise control, all of which is managed through a 2.4" colour TFT dash unit.

Road-Legal Both models can be registered for road use, but are really in their element in off-road settings where their long travel suspension, large spoke wheels fitted with motocross tyres and torquey motors provide huge entertainment.

Zero 11 kW Electric Motorcycles

Most significantly, in the all-important A1 licence (11kW) category, Zero launched their entirely new S and DS (Sport and Dual-Sport) models, which deliver peak power of 45kW (60 hp) and a staggering 97 ft lb of torque. The all-new 2024 powertrain further increases Zero's huge performance advantage over all other electric brands, whilst also creating the poise and acceleration of full A licence petrol bikes. Putting this class-shattering riding experience within the grasp of CBT/A1 licence holders requires advanced safety technology, which is why these new models are equipped with Bosch MSC. This incorporates traction control with ABS and cornering ABS to keep power and control in perfect balance.

A2 Class (35kW)

In the A2 (35kW) category Zero has introduced an all-new DSR, which has the same chassis and dynamics as the DS, but with more power, torque and acceleration, as well as a higher top speed. Remarkably, the DSR can be upgraded to the DSR/X spec via the Cypherstore, to become a full A licence bike, thus making it truly future-proof.

Full Power A licence models

For 2024, all premium models receive LED indicators as standard, and the DSR/X also gets a new set of very stylish wire wheels. At the top of the range, a fully dressed Black Forest edition of the DSR/X has been launched for 2024, which includes a long list of extras to create the ultimate electric adventure bike.
