- National Insurance number

- Copies of all transactions and records of any demonstration test drives that have taken place


We hold this information for traceability purposes, insurance, warranty, and to facilitate your inquiring about previous Products and Services we have provided. All of this information is stored in a secure environment and is only accessible by Magnet Motos staff.


In the event that you have organised a test / demonstration drive with us, we are obligated by our insurers to retain your contact details, proof of address and driver

licence details for a period of three months. We will routinely delete any information held for such purposes 90 days after you have conducted a demonstration test drive.


If we communicate with you, it will relate directly to products or services that you have purchased from us previously and may include service. You will always be

given the ability to opt out of receiving such communications, and if you wish to expressly opt out prior to receiving them then please relay this to a member of staff.


We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party and if you have any concerns or questions about how we protect your privacy then please just

ask a member of staff.

We are required by our insurers to retain your personal details (if you had a test ride of our motorcycles) for a period of three months. We routinely destroy personal information that has been provided to us for insurance purposes.


If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
