The Vmoto CUx Pro is the upgraded version of the Vmoto CUx, which would deliver a peak power of 2.8kW, and continuous power of 1.3kW, in contrast to the CPx Pro, which has less peak power at 2.3kW but compensates with the step up in continuous power at 2.1kW. The torquey motor delivers good acceleration up to the restricted top speed of 28 mph and the 180mm front and rear discs provide great stopping power for this 74 kg machine via its linked braking system.

Notable features of this smart electric scooter include keyless-go, a comprehensive LCD instrument panel, built-in GPS and Cellular allowing remote access to the vehicle via the Vmoto mobile app, an alarm with wireless activation and deactivation, cruise control, full LED lighting, a USB charger and 3 riding modes. 

In practice you'll rarely use the lower power driving modes unless you're trying to conserve energy e.g. to complete a journey, however, with more 20 mph limits being introduced you may find this feature useful for avoiding speed tickets. Whilst on the subject of camera, the CUx offers an optional dash-cam that's neatly integrated within the electric scooter's bodywork, and may be a more convenient option than mounting a camera to your helmet or handlebars.

Furthermore, the CUx Pro offers a greater range, stepping up from an estimated range of 40 miles, to 50 miles due to the increase from a 1.8 kWh battery, to a 2.58 kWh battery.

The CUx battery takes around 4 hours to fully charge due to its upgraded charger and weighing just 10 kgs can be removed easily for charging at home or work.
