700MT

The 2025 CFMOTO 700MT moves the game on from the 2024 model in a number of ways, which we'll explain below.

Engine

Peak power and torque remain the same as with the 2024 model, at 67hp at 9,500 rpm and 44 ft lb at 6000 rpm (down from 7250 rpm on the 2024 model). A slipper clutch makes for smoother downshifts and the emissions conform to the latest Euro 5.5 standard.

Chassis

The 2025 CFMOTO 700MT has a wheelbase that's 20mm longer and its overall length has increased by 64mm, it's 97mm wider and 103mm taller, with a 20mm increase in ground clearance at 190mm. However, the seat height has dropped 20mm to 800mm, and curb weight remains broadly the same at 240kg (wet), despite a 2l increase in fuel capacity at 20l.

Wheels

In place of the more road-oriented 2024 700MT, which has 17" front and rear wheels, the 2025 model has a 19" wheel at the front, making it better suited to exploring a wider range of surfaces. Tyre sizes drop 10mm with a 110/80-19 front and a 150/70-17 rear fitted with CST dual-sport tyres.

Suspension and Brakes

The 2025 700MT has 43mm inverted forks and an adjustable rear shock, with 150mm and 148mm of travel respectively. Suspension units are now sourced locally from YU'AN rather than KYB. Twin front discs and a single rear disc benefit from ABS, with the only real change being the use of Hangte calipers, which replace the J-Juan units fitted to the 2024 model.

Equipment

The 2025 700MT now includes heated grips, heated seat and Tyre Pressure Monitoring, which is built-in to the 5" curved TFT dash. The T-Box telematic unit continues to be a standard item, and allows the bike to be monitored via the Ride app, as well as receive Over-The-Air (OTA) updates.

At £6,199 the 2025 CFMOTO 700MT is identically priced to the 2024 model, although there continues to be £500 off the few remaining 2024 bikes. With deliveries starting in March 2025, a £100 deposit is all it takes to secure the latest 700MT.
